We are looking for a Direct Response Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to become an innovator in the editing space, and wants to become a part of an exploding industry of opportunity.
Responsibilities
-Create call-to-action short-form video advertisements for a variety of clients’ social media ad campaigns on Instagram and
-Collaborate with other Editors on the team to edit multiple iterations of video concepts
-Brainstorm ideas with the team to create videos for client launches
-Quality control all exports to ensure the video standards are up to clients expectations Finish assigned projects with quick turnaround times, on-time
-Work autonomously to take initiative to pitch and ideate own iterations/refreshes on existing work
-Create videos and custom graphics that drive consumer action to get results.
-Receive constant constructive feedback on the videos’ performance, and adapt to these learnings.
-Look at other brands for DR ad inspiration (both in editing and motion graphics), take those ideas, adapt and implement them into ads for clients
Qualifications
-BA or BFA in film studies or related field
-3-4 years of experience in social media editing (specifically for
-Advanced knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, including (but not limited to) the following skills: pacing, color correcting, audio editing, text placement, eye lines, motion graphics for social ads
-Experience using many footage types Experience editing UGC (user generated content) or testimonial footage
-Experience in Direct Response advertising and workflow is a plus
