Lead Generation – Real Estate

Looking for someone to generate leads by cold calling and texting prospects to find out if they are interested in selling their house. I will provide the list and you need to call them to identify their motivation. If the prospect is interested, set up an appointment. There will also be additional analysis work to research about the house.
Salary weekly payment. Initially part time and based on performance it can become full time.

Duties:
• Cold call potential sellers
• Setup appointment in my calendar
• Pull up basic seller information
• Respond to calls and text from leads
• Add/update lead info in CRM
• Should be available to work between 9am and 5pm US Central time.

Required Skills:
• Prior experience in cold calling
• Prior experience in real estate
• Good communication
• Effective listening
• Motivated and ambitious
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
