Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant to help us manage our online business. An interview will be conducted with the qualified candidates who have completed the assessment form online (link: ---------- ). Only candidates who have completed assessment form and product research and email us the answers will be considered for the interview.

1. Product Research: Conducting product research on leading e-Commerce platforms such as AliExpress.

2. Import Products:
a. Importing products into Oberlo, and equivalent platforms
b. Writing product name, description, and specifications
c. Clean up images, remove watermarks and supplier logo
d. Updating product selling price, shipping cost
e. Upload products to Shopify Store

3. Create Social Media Posts:
a. Use Canva to add logo to product images, and videos
b. Create and Post products on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube with copy writing of products
c. Regularly monitor and reply customers’ comments on Social Media platforms, and emails

Important Skills for special consideration
1. Experience in e-Commerce business for a minimum of 2 – 3 years
2. Experience in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube
3. Experience in using Canva, Photoshop, and other leading photo editing platforms
4. Experience in using Shopify Platform, Oberlo, and related solutions
5. Experience in using AliExpress, Etsy, Amazon, and other leading e-Commerce platforms
