JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for VA to handle a few different aspects of our businesses.

*** Responsibilities ***
- Lead / email generation
- Scheduling
- Data Entry

*** Requirements ***
Virtual Assistant: Data entry in excel / google sheets, scheduling
English: speaking, writing, proofreading
Customer support: email support, communicating with customers

*** Perks ***
We expect you to work San Francisco hours, however, we are very flexible with scheduling; if you're communicative and give us reasonable notice, we have no problem with you taking that trip with your family in two weeks or taking this Friday off because you're not feeling well. We don't track the days you take off; we just ask that you give us the same respect and generosity we give you by working hard and being a good, communicative team member.
