We are looking for an experienced mortgage loan officer to become our loan partner. This position does
not require you to hunt for your own business like a traditional loan officer. You will be joining a team
that works together to bring a loan from start to close. The company's leads are distributed accordingly
and it's the responsibility of the loan partner to pre-approve and follow up with the borrower until the
loan is clear to close. This is a remote work position. The right candidate needs to have proper time
management and be able to stay on top of daily duties. It's your responsibility to communicate with the
client and go over any concerns during the entire process of the loan. The position is a salary-based position
with bonuses distributed based on company performance and discretion.

Responsibilities
1. Pre-qualify potential borrowers. Take applications, run credit, run D/U, or L/P.
2. Process loan applications. Sends out mortgage needs list, the estimate of a transaction, and “Do’s and
Don’ts”
3. Gather all initial documentation from clients.
4. Delegate loan to support staff to open escrow, order title reports, and request information needed
to complete the loan.
5. Maintain system accuracy, issue proper disclosures as required by federal guidelines.
6. Review and explain the rate lock with consumers.
7. Manage pipeline to insure loans will close on time. and vendors.

Qualifications
1. 1-year minimum experience in the mortgage industry.
2. NMLS Licensed- Highly recommended
3. Computer literacy. Must know basics including words/excel. Encompass software is a plus.
4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations to achieve a
positive outcome.
5. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize and streamline daily duties.
6. Must be able to problem solve by exploring the best options for consumers.
