We are currently looking for an energetic and a pro-active colleague to join our team in Philippines as: Negative Review Removal Representative for Amazon

Your main responsibilities will be:
-Requesting a Category listings report by opening a case in all seller accounts
-Downloading Category listings report from all seller accounts
-Filling them with missing information
-Supporting all Defense team members on reports
-Updating and completing 3BG ---------- tasks and relevant shared files
-Updating and completing clients ---------- tasks and relevant shared files
-Creating various reports per request

Competencies and skills
-Previous experience as VA for Amazon related positions
-Experience with Amazon Seller Central related to resolving product issues
-Understanding of excel
-Detailed oriented, precise and accurate
-Highly analytical person
-Problem solving oriented and fast learner
-Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability
-Able to work independently
-Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

General requirements
-English language proficiency
-Familiar with Google Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.), ---------- , Slack
-Amazon Flat Files experience is a huge bonus
