Web Designer - Marketing - E-commerce Tasks

I am looking for a long term employee with proven experience on Web Design (Woocommerce) to create, develop, improve and maintain websites in my portfolio. Tasks will include marketing and virtual assistant tasks as researching products to list on eBay or to source and sell on Amazon.

Experience and skills needed:
Experience in designing Woocommerce websites with mult-ivariations product configurations.
Experience on mobile website optimization & loading speed.
Experience on graphic design.
Experience on SEO principles.
Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
Experience with email marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (English).

Must have high speed internet ---------- itial working scheme: 20 hrs / week. Opportunity for 40 hrs/week based on results.
Must perform additional virtual assistant duties.
Must meet deadlines.
Must know to make reports.

About Me:
I own a Real Estate Company since 11 years ago. I began on e-commerce business one year ago based on the Dropshipping Model. I also own various websites and have presence on eBay. I will start on Amazon soon. Finally, I also own various YouTube channels.
