My name is Jean-Eric and I am a 34-year-old serial entrepreneur from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, that has owned more than 10 companies in my life. Some of these companies I have started, others I have bought, and I have been successful in selling 4 of them over my career. Over these businesses, I have hired and helped others hire dozens and dozens of VA’s from around the world.

I am now focusing my efforts on advising business owners in taking their companies to the next level. My practice is growing and I need help to keep it all together.

My goal is to build a strong system (similar to the systems I have built in my previous companies over the last 15 years) so that I can scale up my consulting practice to have 25-50 regular clients at one time.

BUT, I cannot do this without a strong support team around me.

I am looking to bring on my first person to help me with the business.

Since this will be my first hire for this company, the systems and processes are still being established, so there will be a great opportunity for you to make your mark and help build and implement the systems we create together.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

- Excellent English written and reading comprehension
- Excellent English oral comprehension (understanding English conversations)
- Good spoken English (7/10 or higher)
- Minimum 3 years experience in roles such as executive assistant, business owner, business development, business consultant, or creative communications fields.
- OR Minimum of 5 years in BPO fields.

Working Conditions:

You could work from home or a business centre, but the internet must be fast enough to download and stream video calls with me between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm CDT. Your work hours will not necessarily be only during my business hours, these could be flexible at the beginning, transitioning towards a majority of availability during my business ---------- pensation:
This role will begin as a 10 hour per week part-time role with a base pay of $5/ HR (depending on your skills, experience and abilities). This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position over time.

I will later implement bonuses, rewards, and commissions for achieving business targets.

The business manager role will entail responsibilities in 7 categories:

1. Taking notes from meeting and creating agendas, meeting reports, and updating internal notes.
2. Coordinating and scheduling prospect meetings
3. New Client On-Boarding
4. Administrative tasks (organizing calendar requests, emails, and expense tracking)
5. Coordinating with other freelancers
6. Researching and implementing software services for internal use


Optional Bonus areas:
It is a bonus but not required if you have any areas of experience or training in the following areas:
1. Project management
2. Worked with ---------- , ---------- , or Google G Suite
3. Have an accounting or bookkeeping background
