JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated, great communicator who enjoys talking to people.

The role involves calling people who have requested more information about a property.

This is not cold calling as the lead will be expecting a call.

You will be required to ask the person 2 questions and if they answer yes you will book an appointment straight into the calendar of the Sales Agent. That’s ---------- time you will also be responsible for responding to Facebook messages.

You should be:
> A great communicator
> Speak fluent English
> Have access to internet and a mobile phone
> Be available to work on weekends

Timing
> Immediate start
> 20 to 40 hours per week
> Call volume of around 1,200 calls a month / 40 a day (only 20% will pick up and each call will not go longer than 2 minutes)

We are a Marketing Business that helps Real Estate companies sell property.

More specifically we generate leads via social media advertising. We then qualify those leads (ask 2 questions over a call) before booking an appointment for the lead with the Real Estate Sales Agent.

The Real Estate Agent then speaks to the lead and makes the sale.

We have clients all over Australia and the number of them are growing rapidly.
