Social Media Management | General Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. The company is based in the United States.

1. Marketing

- Create quality social media/marketing content - Should be able to do basic graphic design type of work yourself, previous experience in editing videos to be posted on YouTube
-Come up with social media marketing strategies to increase leads
- Editing videos
- Manage (post and schedule) social media content distribution on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit platforms, Twitter, Youtube, etc...
- Manage (post and schedule)
- Identify, prospect, negotiate and work with social media influencers to represent the Brand(s)
- Run Giveaways
- Run Rebates
- Write Blog Articles
- Manage Ads
- Candidates must have experience with website SEO optimization and Google ranking strategies.
- Knowledge of running ads via social media, Google ads, FB ads, Instagram ads, etc.
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.


2. Customer Service

- Responsible for all communication with customers on all platforms (correspond/answer customer questions/comment on reviews and etc.).
- Effectively manage relationships with influencers to generate revenue
-Prospect by cold calling, messaging and emailing leads

3. Operations
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Prepare customer reports
- Organize managers’ calendars
- Perform market research
* Create presentations, as assigned



Qualifications:
- Knowledge of creative applications such as Canva and other technologies, like editing software, desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
-Solid organizational skills
- Self-starter, creative, a team player, and has great time management skills
- Has client relationship building experience
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Reliable Laptop/desktop
- Stable High-speed internet connection
- Backup workstation (preferred) and internet (pocket wifi)
- Noise-canceling headset

- You have excellent English and solid writing, organization, and verbal skills

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of influencer marketing experience, general marketing experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must speak perfectly fluent English.
- Must be a people person. Good at communicating and making conversation with people.
- Understanding of Instagram and hashtags other social media.
- Must know how to reach out and communicate with influencers.
- Strong negotiating skills and social skills.
- Must have a high understanding of most main social media platforms like IG, Youtube, FB, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent English written and speaking skills.
- Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Salary: This would be on a salary basis and you will receive $300 per month to be paid bi-weekly with the potential to grow. Holidays off. Please understand that your salary will be monthly regardless of the volume of work given to you so sometimes you might be busy sometimes you might not.
