Instagram Social Media Manager

We manage a group of online first consumer brands based in the United States, and we are looking for a groovy IG Social Media Manager to join our team and help grow our brands.

Work Hours and Schedule: 40 Hours / Week, US Working Hours (flexible after onboarding)
Work Duration: Long-term with a 1-month trial period to determine if it’s a good and mutual fit

Description of Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Instagram accounts
- Creation and repurposing of content
- Schedule posts and write captions
- Research and create posts to repost (via Facebook Creator Studio and Upgrade to see actual info)
- Order content from freelancers, gig websites, and third party services
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Work closely with the Management team to create frameworks and SOPs

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven working experience in social media management, particularly with Instagram
- Detail-oriented
- Experience working with GSuite and Slack
- Proficient with Instagram management and Canva
- Knowledge of different tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Quillbot, WordPress, Webflow, and Facebook Ad platforms is a plus
- Team player who able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
