We are a digital marketing agency based out of Scottsdale, Arizona with a special focus on high-end Google Ads management, and we are the BEST at what we do!

We have a small team of 20+ rock stars, all committed to working hard to make sure our clients are successful.


What We Are Looking For:

We need a dedicated project manager to manage our new client onboarding ---------- is very important that new clients have a wonderful experience getting started with our agency. The Onboarding Manager would be responsible for managing this process. Tasks include:
- Frequent client communication
- Daily monitoring and management of our onboarding pipeline
- Confirming access credentials
- Reviewing client submissions for errors or irregularities
- Coordinating tasks with our internal team
- Accurately recording meeting notes
- Keeping our project management system (Asana) up to date


Salary, Benefits & Growth Opportunities:

We have a very aggressive pay-scale that’s meant to help attract the best talent in the world and provide additional incentives as you grow with us! We pay more than anyone in our market because we want to attract the best talent in the world. However, please keep in mind that we also expect a lot out of our team members.

Monthly salary: $1,500 a month (plus an additional full month's salary at the end of every year!)
Paid time off

There is also a strong opportunity for the right candidate to grow into other positions.


Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English
- American Time Zone: You must be willing to work a full day on US time (MST)
- At least 4 years of project management experience is required
