Jr Digital marketer (growth)

We are looking for a Jr growth marketer. You'll be the first growth hire and work together with founders closely on a day-to-day basis. This is a unique opportunity to see behind the scenes (all the success and failures) and learn how to build a start-up from scratch.

Hello Superstar, we've brought thousands of people on our waitlist in a month. Now we want to hire someone to do more of that.

Below are some of the things you will be responsible for (you will get all the help you need to be successful):

- Run growth experiments from start to finish to optimizing key user growth metrics. You'll wear many hats during the creation process while you conceive, design, implement, optimize, and maintain them. You know what an ICE framework is.

- Build & refine Lead generation - Founders have run some successful experiments to generate qualified leads. Your role will be to take over what we were doing to process it and scale it to the moon!

- Lead Scraping - You should be knowledgeable/eager to learn how to scrape emails from Facebook/groups, Linkedin/groups, and other directories that match our target persona.

- Outreach. It should feel second nature to you writing cold emails to leads, journalists to get PR, customer calls, email drip campaigns, follow-ups, or knock on doors (not literally)

- Partnerships - You should be able to reach out and form partnerships that bring value to both sides.

- Growth tools - Research and develop free tools to attract more top-funnel traffic and create awareness (Unsplash by Crew and Ubersuggest by Neil Patel are good examples)

- Run paid ad experiments - We currently don't run any paid ads, but when we do, you should be comfortable running campaigns on Facebook, Google, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, Quora, Reddit, and the likes. You can talk about cold leads, conversions, landing pages, ROAS, Ad sets, etc.

- SEO - Knowledgeable in SEO to get organic traffic when we start focusing.

- Analytics - You are comfortable with tools that power marketing automation, experimentation, personalization, attribution, and analytics. Interpreting Google Analytics, GTM, Goals creation, UTM attribution, etc.

- Over time you'll take over more things that come your way. Don't worry you won't be overwhelmed. If there is more than you can do, we either prioritize or get external help (Fiverr, Upwork) or hire another person. We are always in control.

Of course, we will help you along the way with any knowledge, resources, training, and budget required to perform your best in this role. Just bring your growth hacking skills, curiosity to learn, willingness to experiment, and a good attitude with you.
