JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Agent will work from 8:30AM-5:30PM Pacific Time with one hour break.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Blog & Content Writing Duties Include:

• Research and write high-quality blog posts on each given topic (Many blog posts we publish are between 500-4,000 words)
• Write 2-3 SEO optimized small/long-form blog posts per week
• Create and follow blog templates to ensure the highest quality blog posts possible
• Perform Keyword Research
• Must understand SEO
• Attend educational conferences/classes
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Provide constructive feedback


2. Graphic Design duties include:

• Small Graphic Design Projects 2-3x weekly
• Ad Creatives
• Must be able to use Canva very well. Lightroom, AI and Photoshop a Plus.
• Locate non-copyrighted photos

3. Social Media Management Duties Include:

• You will be responsible for Daily Scheduling and Maintenance for
Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and Google+
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• 15-30 Minutes of Daily follower engagement
• Should know how to use hashtags, images and mentions effectively
• Generate leads by sending messages to potential landlords with provided software


Qualifications:

• Experience in using social media marketing tools such as Buffer is plus
• Minimum experience of 2 years as Social Media media manager with proven record or portfolio of previous projects
• Home office set up
