Data Entry VA with Basic Photo Editing Skills

Work Hours and Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm MST/MDT (20-40 hours per week)

(You can work at a different schedule as long as your Hubstaff is ON, you produce acceptable output, and able to reply to our messages around 8:00am MST or 5:00pm MST)

We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant / Data Entry VA who can help us with our website listings and other general admin work. This position requires someone who is meticulous on the information being placed in the spreadsheets and checks it three or more times - ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must.

Qualifications:

- Mindful and Detail-Oriented
- Proactive and Independent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, One Note, Outlook, OneDrive - both app and web
- Knows how to crop, clean, enhance, and resize images - preferably in Photoshop
- Able to work long-term with us
- Strong work ethic and willing to do video meetings with us sometimes
- Understands product dimensions in Imperial/English units (Length, Width, Thickness, Square Feet, Square Yard...)
- Can navigate computer files / folders with ease
- Advanced online researching skills - data scraping

Responsibilities:

- Input data from old data feeds, master price lists and supplier websites to new data feeds (CSV format)
- Make sure the information entered are correct by cross-checking from all sources
- Confirm data discrepancies from suppliers if needed
- Clean, crop, enhance, re-align and resize images using Photoshop or any program similar to it.
- Update monthly report on assigned tasks
- Do other admin tasks like researching for other products and suppliers and their information, contacting them and following-through until the task is done
- Willing to use Hubstaff with at least 50% work productivity weekly average
