Marketing and ManyChat Specialist

Reports to: Marketing and ManyChat Specialist reports to the ---------- pany Overview: Established Private Label Skincare company with over 5 years of success in the European Amazon Markets.

Job Overview: The primary role of the Marketing and ManyChat Specialist will be to lead in the development of ManyChat flows for promoting rebates as a ranking tool. A successful applicant will have experience in both Facebook Social Media and the ---------- . Previous experience in successfully using both applications for ranking is required.

We are a small, ambitious team who wear a lot of different “hats”. Beyond the supply chain responsibilities, the candidate is expected to assist the COO in other daily tasks such as product research, market research and other administrative tasks.


- Full Time Position
- Expected to work 40 hours+ per week
- Partial weekend work during launch periods.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop Promotional Facebook Ads
• Create custom audiences
• Update ManyChat Flows using the latest Seller.Tools methodologies
• Develop keyword bank
• Provide customer service to rebate customers
• Communicate with supply chain team the inventory needs of the promotions
• Stay up-to-date for Launching best practice
Qualifications:
• Required Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in accounting, engineering or computer science
• Experience with ManyChat
• Experience with Facebook Ad Manager
• Mathematically inclined with strong experience in excel or other similar type platforms
• Reliable and very detailed orientated
• Efficient with time and organized
