Va's Team Manager

I have outsource company
I match between VA's to e-commerce sellers.
after the match, I am committed to check the VA's work and make sure they come on time also arrange the payments between the VA's to my clients.

I am looking for someone to

1.take care of my finance reports - excel
2. check my VA's work and update me
3. get to know my clients and speak with them directly
4. give VA's real-time support about their work ( the manager need to know what each VA does everyday and how )
