JOB OVERVIEW

We are StellarTwo, the mother company of an ambitious e-commerce startup with a vision to change the face of ---------- the process of scaling, we’re currently looking for an experienced Content Manager, to oversee content creation for our marketing, blog and social channels.

Managing junior members of the creative team, you’ll be working to achieve a coherent and consistent publishing schedule across several different channels. This will include our blog and platforms like Instagram and Twitter, where your overall strategy will be essential in maximising user engagement. Taking ownership of StellarTwo’s overall creative direction, you’ll help us stand tall above the competition through a unique brand voice and visual identity.

This rewarding role will demand great collaborative skills, a strong understanding of our target market, and the ability to manage colleagues and track their work. The successful candidate will join a thriving e-commerce disruptor, where your input will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with marketing team to set content strategy: developing new thinking for future content streams, ensuring quality and tone of content retain high production values, produce and edit world class brand comms
• Work closely with brand and creative team to align on strategy and style, for each content stream to fit with global direction
• Act as the creative voice to drive productivity and thinking
• Management of creative resources to produce social first creative content that aligns with media strategy for each brand campaign
• Work with Vice President of Marketing to develop quality of creative outputs across all content, curating the brand’s visual style to help drive awareness across all platforms
• Continually review competitors and other brand content to learn and make recommendations for how we stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

• 5+ years experience covering all aspects of content production
• Proven track record of producing creative content for socially led brands that engages consumers
• Ability to leverage influencer roster to create engaging content across digital platforms
• High energy & creativity to work with cross functional team
