Outreach Specialist for EdTech Startup

This is a one-time thing with potential of being ongoing. I'm on a budget but I need help with creating buzz and awareness for my startup ---------- , which is an online platform designed to help Filipinos all over the country and abroad as well as international students search for and find the best opportunities in higher education. I am also launching a new social community site where people can ask questions and get responses (kind of like quora). I need someone who is an expert at contacting blogs as well as colleges/universities. You should have the following skills:

- Read/write in English
- Background in email outreach with great results
- Expertise in knowing how to make a professional email
- Passion for higher education

You will also be contacting and emailing schools to try and get them as ---------- lling them might be necessary but not required.
