Job Description:
Provide stellar customer support when responding to buyer messages
Respond to product reviews and feedbacks
Record keeping of critical customer reviews and coordination with Procurement Officer
Knowledgeable in Amazon Feedback Policy and negative feedback removal
Manage case logs. Contact Seller Support for listing issues and follow-up in a timely manner for immediate resolution
Regularly check Amazon's Policies for any changes and update our SOPs accordingly
Report piggy backers and hijackers
Fix suppressed, stranded and restricted listings
Knowledgeable in creating a compelling Plan of Action
Adept in utilizing systems and apps such as:
Seller Central, Helium 10, AMZ Scout, Seller Tools
MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Google Suite: Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar
Asana and Slack
Time Doctor
Excellent English communication skills.
Previous experience in
