Junior SEO Specialist

RxMedia is looking to add a Junior SEO Consultant to our team for a full-time position.

RxMedia is a digital marketing agency focused on the elective medicine space. We are a small team of 6 and adhere strongly to our core values. While we love talented people, we put an emphasis on finding a good cultural fit above skill set.

Responsibilities - As an SEO specialist, you'll need to:
Implement On-page and Offpage Optimization
Devise and deliver strategic SEO plans, executing SEO friendly content for both blogs and websites
Provide SEO analysis and make technical recommendations for client websites
Optimize website pages for search engine optimization
Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion and optimization
Develop and implement link building strategy
Build quality backlinks on sites with high DAs
Work with content writer to drive SEO in content strategy and creation
Oversee monthly campaigns
Help Produce monthly SEO reports using given tools
Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse mix of SEO clients.
Keep up to date with the industry trends. Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.

Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or above required
Must have advanced knowledge about Search Engine Optimization.
At least 3-5 years experience in doing hands-on technical on-page and off-page optimization
With a background in web development (a plus, but not required)
Proficient in English (able to speak and write fluently)
Able to analyze competitor websites, plan and execute on-page and off-page strategies
Able to analyze competitor websites, plan and execute different off-page strategies
Must have a reliable internet connection
You Must have SEO agency experience. If you just worked as a freelancer or in-house SEO, this may not be the right position for you.
