Fast-paced Marketing Agency company based in The United States is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Virtual Assistant and a Call Center

You must be…

Extremely Organized
Fluent In English (Written & Verbal)
Effective at communicating
Proficient at Excel or Google Sheets
Able to follow specific directions
Very positive in your mindset
Available 30-40 hours a week
Available 11 am to 7 PM Eastern time

What will you be doing?

Sending pre-written messages to people who interact with our social media ---------- nding pre-written messages to people in certain Facebook groups

Sending pre-written messages to people who fit a certain title on linked ---------- nding pre-written messages to people who fit certain criteria on Instagram (100 A Day)

Must be able to distinguish the kinds of profiles that are our ideal customers before sending the messages. (We will provide training on this)

Utilizing Slack for communication with the team
Admin tasks like giving access to our programs to our customers

Admin tasks will evolve over time as trust is built & you will be given more work

Creating standard operating procedures by taking videos that I make with instructions and writing out the steps
