Customer Support & Managing Socials

Hi there,

we are operating an E-commerce Store and are actively looking for someone to take care of our customer inquiries via Email as well as on socials (FB/IG).
Prior experience in Shopify, Customer Service and Content Moderation would be a plus. Preferably with high proficiency in written English.
We would do a trial run for a week and hope to find someone for a long-term position.
