Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for an Rockstar Digital Marketing Assistant.

Someone that has good Marketing experience with funnel optimization, drip campaigns and has good knowledge with Zoho or Hubspot so that we can integrate. We're also looking for one that pays attention to detail, is organized, focused and looking to help a growing sustainable tech company reach their goals and get to the next level. We want someone who gets things done. We don't expect you to know everything from the beginning as we'll teach you what we know, but integrity, honesty and loyalty are important as we'll be bringing you in to something that is important to all of us here.

Tasks will include but not limited to

Scheduling Meetings
Taking Notes during meetings
Managing projects
Handling and organizing emails
Customer Service via FB messenger and website chat
Scheduling Social media posts
Researching
Planning Trips
Using Excel or Google Sheets for task
Taking and changing inventory and pictures on websites (Wordpress and Custom)
Changing Prices and making edits on websites (in-house and for clients)
QA for websites (Make sure site can be used by customer from start to finish.)
Sending invoices to customers
Budgeting for plans
Building Campaigns
Creating splash pages

*Bonus* if you have marketing and great social media management skills across different platforms, (funnel optimization, drip campaign, content creation, adobe after effects)
