We are looking for an individual contributor who can work remotely, with regular check-ins. You will have experience managing to budgets, reporting on performance and recommending new ad formats or strategies to increase results.
The ROI from this position will be closely monitored and improvements in metrics will be celebrated.
We’re looking for someone with experience, who is confident in their ability to run high converting campaigns and can speak with all level of stakeholders to get the job done. You will be working with a team of people to implement campaigns, with graphic designers and SEO staff available to help bring campaigns to life.
The campaigns will be a mix of short-term campaigns designed to move product quickly and long term brand campaigns designed to get us on the consideration set of both commercial customers and home gym users (B2B and B2C). An ability to implement a campaign on a few hours notice will be
Setup and perform ongoing optimisation and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns
Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPI’s
Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a weekly and monthly basis
Perform digital advertising audits
Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions
Display a high level of English language skills – both written and verbal
Experience or interest in the fitness industry is a plus, but is not necessary
