---------- is in print on demand company and offers its customers creative and unique designs for t-shirts, hoodies, caps, mugs, bags, pillows and cell phone cases. Our demand for creative designs keeps growing.

For this we are looking for you!
Graphic Illustrator / Designer first in half time 20 hours / week.
+ You already have over 1-2 years of experience in t-shirt designs or illustrations
+ You have an understanding of what good t-shirts should look like
+ You can draw yourself and do not use third party vectors.
+ You can create 2-4 designs per day
+ You are proficient in one of these programs: Affinity Designer, Inkscape, Illustrator or Photoshop.
+ You have good artistic skills and knowledge
+ You like to work independently for your successes with free time management.

What you get with us:
Individual salary depending on your performance. For example $100 - $200 depending on your work. We will pay $2 more for each design with increasing performance of course. Long business relationship at least 1 year or 2.

Easy communication via WhatsApp, Slack, Google Drive or any other medium you prefer. You can communicate with us in English, German or Russian. For the workspace, we use Google Drive and Trello.

To see it how good your artistic skills are, we would like to do a trial work with you.
You will receive 3 links or ideas for 3 different t-shirt designs from us. You have to design these 3 ideas yourself and uniquely and send them back to us.

If you have convinced us, then we will work with you. Of course we will pay for the 3 designs already created.
