We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designers to work on several interesting design tasks and projects, across different industries. This is an independent role where you work from anywhere, but are a committed team-player. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with clients to understand their brand, their objectives and their briefs to deliver designs our clients appreciate.

EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should have worked on a variety of graphic design projects and assignments including logos, custom illustrations, social media posts, infographics, flyers, brochures, posters, promotional merchandise, web page design, etc.

We are looking for designers with a creative sense to communicate our client’s brand and marketing objectives well. You would need to have good English communication skills including reading, writing and speaking, and a sense of the North American business culture.

REQUIREMENTS
- Receive design projects and turn them into great graphic design, within tight timelines
- Conceptualize design based on client requirements and brand profiles
- Receive feedback from clients and make revisions promptly
- Ensure that all work rendered is aligned with the brand and brief of our clients
- Work closely with the team leader to stay on top of design requests
- Projects may include graphics for social media posts, web-pages, flyers, emails, digital ads, infographics, ebooks, logos, branded merchandise, stationery, image touch up, & others
- In addition to graphic design, the candidate will also be required to:
- Create content and Social Media posts including setup of social media accounts
- Search Graphics designs, Ads, etc. and identify good examples
- Support the business operations with Virtual Assistant Tasks

Ideal candidate must have:
- At least 3 years of graphic design experience using standard design software
- A strong past portfolio of work & demonstrate superior graphic design and layout skills
- Expertise using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design software.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Can manage multiple projects, with tight timelines and priorities
- Ability to support the business operation as workloads increase
- Experience with Video Editing software is a plus

Working Requirements:
- Ability to work-from-home for 20 - 40 hours per week (5 - 8 hours per day)
- Work on a flexible shift basis to suit North American office timings
- Have a suitable desktop or laptop computer with necessary graphic design software
- A reliable and fast internet connection

Compensation: US $4-5 per hour, plus performance incentives
