We are looking for a full time technical support specialist to join our team. We are needing a self- starter with an understanding of e-commerce, logistics, API's, shopping carts, SaaS applications & shipping carriers. Your job would be helping customers on board to our platform. You would help them with shipping cart integrations, products setup, SKU setup & helping the customer send LTL and freight shipments. You would also handle various customer support tickets and tasks.
A few of your daily tasks would include
Help with shopping cart integrations
Help with product setup
Helping customers track their shipments & orders
Escalating any order that needs to be reshipped or any orders with issues to the appropriate team
Running daily shipment and tracking reports for our team
Replying to customer inquiries
Correcting shipping addresses
Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces & shopping carts (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, shopify, bigcommerce, magento etc.)
You would need to be able to have a great understanding of Google Apps, Google Meet, Slack, Shipping Carriers/Systems, Shopping Carts. Excellent grammar is also a requirement since you will be replying to customers. We would need you to be able to work on US Central Time Zone starting at 12pm - 10pm Sunday - Friday
