Web Developer required for busy web design agency

We need an experienced web developer in the following areas:
- Wordpress development (including customization of templates)
- working with Woocommerce integrations
- ability to do custom coding in:
PHP (mainly for Wordpress customization),
JavaScript,
CSS,
HTML
- ability to work independently on translating graphics (PSD files) into ready to use web pages using combination of webpage builders like Elementor or Oxygen and custom code
- able to use modern coding techniques for consistently looking and fast-performing web pages across all popular browsers (modern CSS is important)
- knowledge of speed optimization and responsive design
- must have access to reliable internet connection
Additional nice to haves:
- ability to publish websites
- ability to work on Toronto, Canada time (at least 5 of of 8 hours)
- ability to solve misconfigurations with server setups
