Salesforce Data Manager

The Global Good Fund Data Manager would work directly with the Director of Operations and Programs to develop and manage all data related activities involving our CRM, digital platforms, and programs.

*Please note, this role is remote and we seek motivated individuals who effectively manage their time and are comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain CRM and Salesforce Database for organizations
Traning organization in CRM/Salesforce best practices
Serving as an acting “administrator” for CRM/Salesforce and answer all related questions from organizations “end users”
Upload data, maintain database and create reporting within CRM/Salesforce for various organizational stakeholders
Help develop and maintain operational processes and procedures for database
Assist and develop monthly reporting for key stakeholders
Measure and report out on the social impact of rated programs and entrepreneurs
Assist the revenue team on regular and annual reporting
Related duties for Programs, Operations, and Revenue Generation

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience working with data and CRM including data integration
Experience with Salesforce
Prior data reporting experience of at least 2 years
Background in data analytics
Independent worker and self-starter
Experience with any of the following applications:
Salesforce(Salesforce Developer),C#, Java, Javascript, Salesforce APEX, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Programme Manager, Mail Chimp, One Cause,
Interest in social impact
