Graphic Designer

Looking to hire an amazing Graphic Designer for our Email Marketing Team for our growing ecommerce brands. We need someone who can help design promotional emails using Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or Canva. Additionally, this role will include email copy-writing and superimposing art (3D modelling considered a strong asset). There is lots of opportunity to grow within this position and within our company, and we are on the hunt for a dynamic individual with design, copy-writing and strategic planning experience. This position would require you to work live with our team who works the day hours of either Eastern Time or Pacific Time.

You will be responsible for:
• Designing email layouts using Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
• Writing promotional copy and content for emails
• Creating emails using the Mailchimp platform
• Ad-Hoc assignments for designs for the website and marketing material

QUALIFICATIONS:
• All candidates must be strong in English, both verbal and written
• Previous design experience is required
• Previous copy-writing experience is a strong asset
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is an asset
• 3D Modelling considered an asset
• Ability to solve problems through critical thinking and creativity
• Not afraid to ask questions or for clarifications
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

TIME COMMITMENT:
We are looking for someone to work 8 hours each day, 5 days a week.

WAGE: We are offering $350USD + potentially $50USD bonus if at the end of each month you are performing well and hitting set out milestones. We want to keep your work interesting and as rewarding as possible. Every quarter (4 months) we will do a review of your performance and based on it there is a possibility in an increase of salary and/or bonus.
