Responsibilities (brief)
Your duties include, but are not limited to, providing quality planning and programming services and being able to communicate the information in a meaningful way to all parties responsible for its implementation. Our aim is to provide our clients with an effective management tool with which to control their projects through the following:
• Tender schedules
• Construction schedules
• 3D and 4D modelling
• Software training
• Sales & marketing and active networking
• Quality Assurance documentation
• Project tracking and reporting
Considerable emphasis is placed on pursuing interactive participation with the client and consultant team members in the tracking, monitoring and reporting of the project’s progress. During your employment term you must show utmost good faith and devote your whole time and attention to the business, using your best endeavours to promote the interest and welfare of the company.

Job Overview
At the core of our business is the preparation and ongoing maintenance of detailed critical path schedules using Project Management (PM) software. Assisting our client achieve their construction planning goals is at the core of the role. The consultant role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from Tier 1 contractors to small start-ups. You will work with a diverse team of experts and have an appreciation for consultant based work. Improving cross sales opportunities and identifying other service needs our clients may have is also expected.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Creation of professional looking schedules / programmes using building logic and demonstration of practical experience in: MS Project, Powerproject, Primavera and Synchro.
• Apply understanding of Australian building work practices and on-site conditions to client programs.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills specifically relating to multiple stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a team environment – to accept and delegate work as required which is a critical in a consulting environment.
• Regular onsite visits to building sites that require status reporting (virtually).
• Understanding and compliance with the AUPCS Systems and the ability to maintain and improve processes to meet the required standard.
• Maintain accurate timesheet and expense records weekly.
• Seek and engage with local networking and relevant industry events and University affiliated events with view to building your professional networks and opportunities for the entire AUPCS service range.
