Seeking an Individual with Wordpress, SEO, and Lead Generation Experience

Mortgage Sense 101 is seeking an individual who can revamp a current wordpress site with a better look, style, and navigation approach. The purpose of this site is to educate consumers (via Blogging) on mortgage products in an effort to help purchase a home. We also would like consumers to use our preferred lender and/or real estate agents who buy and sell homes for their clients. The following objectives will be needed when hiring on a temporary basis

Wordpress new style
SEO off/on site
Creating Lead generation via Google, Bing, etc. using keyword research and PPC.
Call to action to subscribe to mortgagesense101

Long term employment objective as follows:

Managing website
Lead Generation
Call To action campaigns
Fresh content look via Wordpress
and more....

Looking for someone on a part time basis leading to a permanent position if above needs are met.

Compensation: Temporary first month: $15,500. If management likes completed work, will consider permanent full time employment with bonus structure per lead created.
