Super Podcast Assitant

I am looking for a Seasoned Podcast assistant. That can help Get my new podcast off the ground. This is a Christian podcast. Will up Load at least 3xs a day. I am looking to be on a free platform (will discuss this with the right hire). Looking to grow big really fast, Also I am looking for an assistant that doesn't need me to hold their hand at all I will give direction and I am expecting a good performance. I am open to suggestions, of course, I am ready to begin when you are. Want to see examples of past work and resumes when you apply for my job.!
