SMTP script ca.. 96% inbox

Dear potential applicant, we are in search of a high-quality SMTP script. The mails we send to are bounce checked so this high inbox rate isn't impossible as you would first think.
Features needed:
-self warming up (and somehow get updates about the reputation)
-full use of hardware power (tell us how many emails per hour/day are possible with your skills, and the amount of RAM(?) needed for this)
-fast, or even automatic setup, with entering of IP and login (as many same setups/warmups at the same time as possible)
-inbox checks for certain providers
-automaticly change to whitelisted ip whenever not
-at the beginning some support, of course, to make the process as effective as possible
if you think you are fully capable of coding such a script, please contact us. At best as soon as ---------- your application, please tell us what you think about the needed features. And tell us some info on how you are going to take on the job, and how long you would take (my newbie opinion would say two weeks are enough if you take longer that's no problem, just a harsh estimation from my side)-Mr. Schnabelby the way if you are really talented with efficient scripts and cURL, we also need old account resetters/new account creators for specific websites (we already have an email creating API, but would prefer one from another hoster), if you maybe read this and are perfectly fit for this please leave an e-mail with the subject "cURL account software".
