Responsibilities
• Primary responsibilities consists of taking inbound calls (benefits, eligibility and claims), verification and document information using computer database, handling and researching issues over the phone and consistently meeting the required productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years in College
• 3- 6 months of BPO voice customer service experience
• Maximum BPO work experience of not more than 4 years
• Experience working in a graveyard shift.
