Remote Administrative Assistant

Adept Investments is an innovative and industry leading real estate investment firm that specializes in sourcing deals through a direct to seller approach. We are seeking an experienced cold caller to fulfill a vital role in our acquisitions team. This person will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and must be able to work independently with little supervision. This position is responsible for cold calling, building rapport with sellers, and qualifying leads with CRM. The ideal Candidate is energetic, well-spoken and eager to generate leads for closing deals

Qualifications:
• This is an acquisitions/ sales position so you must have prior call center, customer service, sales, or cold calling experience
• 1+ years of real estate acquisitions experience
• Comfortable with making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
• Must have the aptitude professionally handle and interpret unpleasant customer attitudes at times
• Strong communication and follow up skills (highly desired)
• Must be able to speak fluent English
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Cold calling: you will be on the phone for 4 to 5 hours daily making outbound calls to potential sellers
• Manage and track the pipeline of leads through the daily CRM use
• Build genuine relationships and rapport with sellers through consistent follow-up
• prospecting and qualifying potential leads
• communicate effectively with all parties involved
• perform other administrative tasks and special as assigned

• headset with microphone compatible with dialer software
