BIM Modeller

Job Description:
1. Expertise in Revit Modelling & Documentation.
2. Generate general arrangement plans, diagrams, sections, elevations, and schedules in Revit based on Tender / Contract drawings issued.
3. To receive/generate RFI’s, taking action on the details
4. Identify and notify potential discrepancies in contract documents.
5. Maintenance and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates, and content.
6. To complete work to the highest standard, ensuring a high-quality product as per the Client Requirement.
Technical skills :
1. Education: Diploma / Bachelor in Civil OR Architecture (D.Arch, B.Arch).
2. Expert knowledge of Revit Tool and CAD. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and PDF Tools. Must have basic knowledge in Architecture, Interior Design, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering or related field. Expertise in Civil 3D &Navisworks Tool
