Outbound Sales Agent

Our client whose business is in real estate is looking for a top notch highly skilled Outbound Sales Agent/Appointment Setter with at least 3 years of extensive telephone sales management preferably in a call center environment. . Ideal applicant must have real estate background and meet the following criteria:

1. Fluency in English.
2. Strong experience in persuasion selling and conversational skills
3. Above average customer service skills
4. Someone who has an outgoing extrovert personality
5. Sales training experience preferred
6. Must have the competency of a being able to lead a sales team

Salary Offer: Base pay at $3 per hour + sales commission
Work hours: EST hours
