DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.
Job Responsibilities:
-Performs monitors of customer care
-Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
-Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
-Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course / equivalent.
-Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales / Customer Service / Quality Assurance
-Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
-Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
-Fast, stable internet at least 15 MBPS upwards
-Noise cancelling headset; quiet background
