JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist all requests in-terms of desktop and network issues
• Must be able to attend all assigned tickets
• Ensuring all task must be updated after resolving
• Must be able to attend and troubleshoot Hardware and Software tickets assigned
• Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective clients Administrators (ex: resetting of end users password, configuration needed in Networks connections,
• Must be able to update of tickets in detailed. (step by steps procedure) /update every tickets assigned in real time.
• Must be able to attend meetings and trainings call by Client and Systemantech, Inc. Supervisors
• Must be able to follow SMTI company policies and procedures
• Must be able to follow client's company policies and procedures
• Must be able to comply with the ticket SLA set by the client
• Must be able to comply with the ticket SLA set by the client
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any 4 year computer related course (Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, ECE)
• Male or Female
• Minimum of 1 year related experience
• Knowledgeable in PC troubleshooting
• Willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis
• Amendable to work in Shifting Schedule
• Good communication skills
