LinkedIn Sales Outreach - VA

Capital Raise & Acquisitions is looking for a VA who can do the following responsibilities:

Responding to people who have responded to our Sales Outreach on Linkedin. You will answer their questions and provide them with information on our investment fund. Know which template to send next. Most of the time this will be over email or Linkedin Chat. Must be willing to talk to people on the phone too if that is how they want to ask their questions. Also managing our real estate acquisitions outreach, people we want to buy real estate from.

We are seeking someone very organized and able to follow up. You need to monitor many items, for example: How long since we last communicated with someone, when someone’s money shows up, how long it’s been since we send a postcard, etc. Research to find property owners.

We need you to take what’s in place and organize it further.

Job Requirements:
1. Experienced VA
2. Customer Service Experience
3. Excellent Follow-Up
4. English Speaking and Writing Skills
5. Schedule must overlap with US Mountain Standard Time Zone at beginning or end of day
6. Independent Worker
7. Hard Worker

Will be part-time to start, and ramp-up to full time once trained. $2.50/hour.

This position will start on Monday, January 4th, 2021. We have a multi-step hiring process to make sure you are the right fit for us and we are the right fit for you. This is a long term position. We want to find the right person and work together for a very long time.
