Place circles in pdf

Hello,

This is a basic task. Need to draw circles (3-4 max per page) at prespecified locations in the pdf.

This locations (along the x-axis/horizontally) will be provided in a excel file and just needs to draw these circles accordingly at the correct horizontal positions. The pdf contains a graph which has x-axis marked horizontally, so it is easy to place at the spot the correct locations.

This needs to be done for around 250 pages. Sample pdf graph is attached. You can see the circles in them.
