The candidate needs to be proficient in English and have the ability to de-escalate customers that are angry, and remain calm during hectic situations.
The candidate needs to have knowledge of amazon and their terms of service.
The candidate needs to be able to be very organized and keep track of customer issues so they can follow up with issues and not allow customer issues to slip through the cracks.
The candidate needs to be able to work 7 days a week as messages can come through anytime and need to be responded to within 24 hours.
