JNB Equity Solutions LLC is a real estate investment with unlimited opportunities for all team members. We have individual as well as team performance based bonuses. So as a JNB Equity Solutions team member you really control the ability to increase your base pay daily!

As a JNB Equity Solutions Lead Generation Specialist you will learn how to source, upload, start and manage our real estate marketing text campaigns. Create templates to help speed response times and essentially make your job easier. You will NOT be required to cold call ANY home owners as a SMS Lead Gen Specialist with JNB Equity Solutions!

Individual bonus opportunities at JNB Equity Solutions:

1. Appointment setter - Schedule 40 successful phone appointments in any given month! $25 monthly

2. Contract Signer - For every signed contract your leads produce a bonus is payed! $50 monthly (per contract)

3. Closed Transaction - For every closed transaction your leads produce a bonus is payed! $200 monthly (per close)

Team bonus opportunities at JNB Equity Solutions :

1. Contract crusher - Team produces 5 signed contracts in any given month! $25 monthly (per team member)

2. Deal closer - Team has 5 deals close in any given month! $100 monthly (per member)

Shift Specifics:

Team members have 3 shift choices. You will fill the shift with 4 hours minimum of outbound text and response. Each member is required to send ---------- texts per hour depending on experience in order to respond to all potential clients. Responses will mainly be with template texts to gain as much detailed info for our acquisition team as possible. Create detailed note and push all quality leads to acquisition team for deal analysis!

Shift Choices :

1. 6 days per week, 5 hours per day

2. 5 days per week, 6 hours per day

3. 4 days per week, 7.5 hours per day
