Position: Customer Service Representative Company: Koala Customer Service
???? Salary: P100 per hour as training allowance
P132 per hour after passing the 3 weeks training
P142 per hour after 6 months probationary
? Schedule:
1st week: 2 AM - 8 AM (PH Time), Tuesday to Saturday
2nd to 3rd week: 8 hrs, within 8 PM - 12 NN window, Monday -Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

1. Previous Certificate of Employment
2. Photocopy of your Social Security System (SSS) ID
3. Photocopy of PhilHealth ID or duly accomplished PhilHealth Membership Registration Form (PMRF)
4. Proof of Tax Identification Number (TIN)
5. Print out of the Member’s Data Form showing the Member’s Identification (MID) Number (PAGIBIG)
6. Two (2) photocopies of any government-issued I.D. with picture and signature on it (i.e. driver’s license, Philippine passport, etc.)
7. Two (2) copies of 1x1 ID picture (taken within six (6) months from the date of application)
8. Original copy of National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance with thumb mark and dry seal or confirmed NBI Online Appointment Renewal-Screenshot
9. Original copy of Police Clearance
10. Original PSA copy of Birth Certificate
