Virtual Assistant: Content Creation and Marketing

I’m looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant (40 hours per week) to help with content creation and marketing! The role involves varied and interesting work, increasing responsibility over time, ongoing training and professional development, and motivating compensation plans (with bonuses)!

The ideal candidate will be:

Efficient: You are focused on your task list when you sit down to work, and are able to get things done without distractions and ---------- tail-oriented: You pay close attention to spelling, grammar, and coherence and fix the little things (irregular spacing, inconsistent fonts, and extraneous punctuation) to satisfy your high standards.

Responsive: You keep people in the loop about what’s going on and you respond to messages promptly on workdays (don’t worry - I won’t interrupt your rest days unless it’s an absolute emergency!)

Ambitious: You have ambitions and dreams and work hard to achieve your goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Researching topics online using search engines, forums, and directories
Preparing outlines for blog posts
Doing keyword research for SEO content
Writing content for blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts
Scheduling social media posts
Compiling lists of contacts, leads, and other relevant information for marketing purposes
Helping to recruit specialist freelancers for marketing related tasks, when necessary
Content management

I’m a company executive by day and an online entrepreneur by night. I have several websites under management and numerous clients for content marketing services. I am from England, but live in Connecticut, United States.
