As the Tech Operator (Integrations and Automation Assistant) you should be technically inclined and have excellent knowledge and experience with automating sales & marketing functions. You'll be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts.

Your core responsibility would be to ensure that all functions of our CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Familiarity with effective tools and software used in digital marketing to be able to provide valuable suggestions to make the sales and marketing function more efficient is very helpful, however, additional training will also be provided.


Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement integration of different software and systems used with the help of Zapier and other integration tools.
- Set up automation of sales and marketing processes that will drive sales and lead nurturing across all brands.
- Work closely with the Funnel Lead Designer to ensure marketing efforts are effectively implemented.
- Go through support documentation and reach out to the support team to find out answers for any task they aren't able to perform with the system.
- To maximize the usability and functionality of CRM by implementing processes that will make customer support and management more efficient.
- Discover and suggest software and systems that can be integrated into CRM to make sales & marketing efforts seamless.
