Job Description:
Those individuals interested in the security of long term full time employment will find this opportunity especially appealing. As an Alexander Norton & Associates Sales Representative, you'll spend your day talking with prospects over the phone. Every call is an opportunity for you to use your sales and relationship building skills to earn bonuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls to American corporations to promote B2B profit recovery, outsourcing, and collections services. Be responsible for new business development and developing new leads with prospective clients and then transferring the calls to a Senior Associate in our Corporate Headquarters for closing. The ideal candidate will have an assertive, aggressive results-oriented attitude, entrepreneurial desire to succeed and have a proven track record in phone sales and lead development. The successful candidate will also have the ability to deal with executive level business people in a professional manner.

Benefits:
The ideal candidate will enjoy a base salary of $300 USD per month for the first 30 days plus performance-based bonuses that will allow him or her to double their monthly income while working from the comfort of their own home. We will provide all leads, training, support, software and phone equipment. A salary review will take place after a 30 day probation period and a salary increase will be offered based on performance. Sales Representatives are the key to our organization's success. Therefore, we expect our employees to be very successful and we will do everything we can to help them achieve their personal financial goals.
Due to the difference in time zones, this is a 3rd shift position and requires the employee to work from 9:00pm to 5am local time.


Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have access to the internet. Have an adequate working environment at home with no distractions. Have great verbal communication skills. And most importantly, be fluent in English.
