2D Animation graphics artist

Hi. I need a creative and reliable 2D animation artist for long term project. explainer video or whiteboard animation but can also create ORIGINAL artwork. pls apply with a portfolio to show. let's create ONE video first, then once approved, we can do at least ten; and that's only for one "module."
